Shipping Policy

Please note: Online orders are processed from Monday to Friday, so orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched from Monday.

We are currently delivering across UK only.

Shipping Fees

• UK: Standard (Royal Mail, non-tracked): £5.25 / 2–4 business days

• UK: Tracked Next Day: £6.75 / 1–2 business days

• All orders are tracked (DPD, Evri, Yodel or TNT).

• UK prices include VAT. We are working on introducing a DDP model in the near future.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel goes missing in transit, we'll do our best to locate it and work with the customer to find the best outcome.

If a customer enters the wrong delivery address, they should email us as soon as possible so we can try to fix it. If it's too late to change, any reshipping cost will be theirs to cover.
